Costruzione

Le pompe per draga da 200WN a 500WN sono pompe centrifughe orizzontali a sbalzo monostadio e corpo singolo. Due tipologie di accoppiamento con riduttore: telaio e scatola pompa.

 

Le pompe per draga da 600WN a 1000WN sono pompe centrifughe a sbalzo monostadio con doppio involucro. Queste pompe sono dotate di telaio e la lubrificazione è ad olio fluido. Il design del doppio involucro della pompa funziona fino a quando il rivestimento della voluta è quasi usurato e garantisce l'assenza di perdite quando il rivestimento della voluta è usurato.

 

Facile disinstallazione e comoda manutenzione

La pompa per draga WN è realizzata con una struttura di disinstallazione frontale per facilitare la disinstallazione e la manutenzione conveniente. E sono forniti strumenti speciali per disinstallare le parti.

La connessione standard con filettatura trapezoidale a quattro teste tra girante e albero può trasferire una potente torsione ed essere comoda da disinstallare. Anche l'anello di disinstallazione della girante sul lato del manicotto dell'albero facilita notevolmente la disinstallazione della girante.

 

Buona performance

Un buon NPSH non solo può garantire l'aspirazione, ma anche realizzare una draga profonda e un'elevata densità di aspirazione consentita. NPSH minimo: 4m.

Grazie all'ampio passaggio della girante, la pompa può pompare continuamente ghiaia o argilla ad alto contenuto plastico senza intasarsi. Dimensione massima consentita delle particelle: 350 mm.
