WYLT-filterperstoevoerpomp is een speciaal soort centrifugale drijfmestpomp. De zuigkracht bevindt zich aan de kant van de spiraalvormige voering. Het afdichtingstype is een pakkingbus, maar kan geen lekkage garanderen. De capaciteit/opvoerhoogtecurve is scherp en zeer geschikt voor enkele speciale toepassingen.

AIER^® WYZL Filter Press Feed Pump

Invoering

WYZL filter press feed pump is a special kind of centrifugal slurry pump. The suction is at the side of volute liner side. The seal type is packing gland but can guarantee no leakage. The capacity/head curve is sharp and very suitable for some special applications.

Selectie

De WYZL-filterperstoevoerpomp werkt normaal gesproken op 1480 tpm. Voor lage persvereisten kunnen we de waaierdiameter verkleinen of de pompsnelheid wijzigen om aan de toepassingen te voldoen. Als het type riemschijfkoppeling vereist is, worden installatietekeningen afzonderlijk gemaakt.

Overstromingszuiging wordt aanbevolen vanwege de perszuiging en de lage zuighoogte.

De zuig-/persdiameter van de leiding moet gelijk zijn aan of groter zijn dan die van de pomp.

Voor slurry met een hoge dichtheid mag de inlaatleiding niet erg lang zijn om de zuigkracht niet te beïnvloeden.
